薄煤层无煤柱连续开采技术

Technology of Continuous Mining without Coal Pillar for Thin Seam

摘要: 结合显德汪矿九采区东翼的实际情况,提出了以巷旁无充填沿空留巷为核心的无煤柱连续开采技术,研究设计了具有强力切顶、高阻让压和可缩协调等组合支架,并对单体液压支柱的支护密度进行了计算,通过工作面开采与留巷支护的时空演化关系分析,最终形成了“采—留—修—铺—搬”的时空衔接开采技术,实现了两相邻工作面的快速连续高效开采,创造了可观的经济效益。

Abstract: Combined with the practical situation of east flank in mining area No. 9 of Xiandewang Colliery, the technology of continuous mining without coal pillar centralizing in gob-side entry retaining without roadside packing was put forward. Besides, the combination support with function of superpower roof cutting, high resistance transfer pressure and yielding coordination was designed; the support density of single hydraulic prop was calculated. By the relation analysis between face mining and roadway retained support, the arranging construction of mining – retain – maintenance – laying – moving was formed. Practice result has shown that this set of technology realized the continuous and efficient mining and created Considerable economic benefits.
